Graffiti School rocks Day of Play

Young Talent

Last wednesday Street Art Today saw some young graffiti talents passing by at the Day of Play on the NDSM-wharf in Amsterdam. At the Graffiti School, over a hundred kids painted their own piece supervised by skilled graffiti teachers. Not only basic skills as how to use a spraycan were mastered but also more advanced skills such as outlining and use of stencils.

The Day of Play is an initiative by the Jantje Beton Foundation and Nickelodeon. All around the Netherlands events are hosted where kids can spend the afternoon, free of charge and with great outside fun
